Since its beginnings in 1974, it has been dedicated to land investment and property development in the area of Campo de Gibraltar, Cadiz. Its extensive knowledge of the sector and its focus on the development of real estate projects have been fundamental to its success over the years.
We have shown great vision in diversifying its activities and expanding into the exclusive Sotogrande development. For over 40 years, he has been involved in the marketing of urban plots and villas in this prestigious area. The acquisition of a considerable amount of urban land from the former FINANCIERA SOTOGRANDE in 1992, has positioned him as one of the leading owners of plots in Sotogrande, giving him an in-depth knowledge of the property market in this area.

Mr. Khaldoun Flihan
General Manager of the Group and CEO of the company
He has been Group C.E.O. since 2022. He holds a BA in Business and Tourism from Damascus University and a MBA in Hospitality Management from Damascus University.
He was General Supervisor of Jubail Industrial City Hotel and Restaurant Chain, K.S. and General Manager of Operations of Beit Misk Hotel and Restaurant Chain, Dammam Branch Dammam City K S.A. He has worked for Swissair International and Royal Tulip in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for more than 12 years.
He moved to Spain, Costa del Sol in 2019 and did his IMBA in Real Estate Business Management at IPE Malaga, which allowed him to gain a great knowledge about the sector.
In 2020 he is joined by a Syrian partner, respective son-in-law and husband of the former, Don Khaldoun Flihan, with an extensive background in senior management of luxury hotels in Saudi Arabia. He is an expert in the real estate market, especially in the tertiary sector, in the Emirates and the Middle East, and has been an entrepreneur for more than 20 years in Syria, where he has a vast family real estate portfolio.
He has also joined the company with the aim of expanding geographically to the Middle East and the Emirates. He started his activity as CEO of the Project Management and Construction divisions of the family group.

Today, he is the C.E.O. of the family-owned PARHER & PARBIS GROUP and the C.E.O. of Sirkhal & Marain.
He is fluent in Arabic, his mother tongue, English and Spanish.
